ಬೆಟ್ಟ ಕಾಡುಗಳೊರತೆ ಹಳ್ಳ ಹರಿತಗಳೋ ||
ಎಷ್ಟೂರ ರೊಚ್ಚುಗಳೊ ಕೂಡಿ ನದಿಯಪ್ಪಂತೆ |

ಎಲ್ಲೆಲ್ಲಿಂದ ಬಂದ ಜಿನುಗುವ ನೆಲವೋ, ಭೂಮಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಎಷ್ಟು ಚಿಲುಮೆಗಳೋ, ಬೆಟ್ಟ ಮತ್ತು ಕಾಡುಗಳಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಜಿನುಗುವ ನೀರುಗಳ (ಒರತೆ) ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳೋ, ಎಷ್ಟು ತಗ್ಗುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನೀರು ಹರಿಯುತ್ತದೆಯೋ, ಮತ್ತು ಎಷ್ಟು ಊರುಗಳ ಕೊಚ್ಚೆಗಳೋ, ಇವುಗಳೆಲ್ಲವೂ ಸೇರಿ ಒಂದು ನದಿಯಾಗುವುವಂತೆ, ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯ ಶಕ್ತಿಯೇ ಸಮೂಹದ ಶಕ್ತಿಯ ಮೂಲಕಾರಣ.
