ರೂಪ್ಯಕದ ನಾಣ್ಯದಿಂ ಬಿಡಿಕಾಸಿಗೊಂದು ಬೆಲೆ |
ಒಪ್ಪಹುದು ಕಾಸಬೆಲೆ ರೂಪ್ಯದಿಂದೆ ||
ಪ್ರಾಪ್ಯರಿಂತನ್ಯೋನ್ಯ ಜನದೊಟ್ಟು ಬಿಡಿಮಂದಿ |
ಸುಪ್ರೀತ ರಾಜ್ಯವದು - ಮರುಳ ಮುನಿಯ || (೫೩೧)

ಒಂದು ರೂಪಾಯಿಯ (ರೂಪ್ಯಕ) ನಾಣ್ಯದಿಂದ ಬಿಡಿಕಾಸಿಗೂ ಬೆಲೆ ಬರುತ್ತದೆ ಮತ್ತು ರೂಪಾಯಿಯಿಂದ ಕಾಸಿನ ಬೆಲೆಯನ್ನು ಅಂಗೀಕರಿಸಬಹುದು. ಇದೇ ರೀತಿ ಜನರಸಮೂಹ ಮತ್ತು ಬಿಡಿವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ ಪರಸ್ಪರ ಒಬ್ಬರೊಬ್ಬರಿಗೆ ಒಪ್ಪುವಂಥ ರಾಜ್ಯವಾಗಿರುತ್ತೆ.
