ಕಲಬೆರಕೆ ಜೀವಗತಿಯೊಳಿತಲ್ಲದುಗಳ ಬೆರಕೆ |

ಬೆಳಕು ನೆರಳಿನ ಬೆರಕೆ ಹುಳಿಸು ಸಿಹಿ ಬೆರಕೆ ||

ತಿಳಿವು ಮಬ್ಬಿನ ಬೆರಕೆ ಕೊಳಕು ಚೊಕ್ಕಟ ಬೆರಕೆ |

ಕಲಿ ಸೈಸಲುಭಯವನು - ಮರುಳ ಮುನಿಯ || (೭೭೮)

(ಜೀವಗತಿ+ಒಳಿತು+ಅಲ್ಲದುಗಳ)(ಸೈಸಲು+ಉಭಯವನು)

ಜೀವನದ ನಡಗೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯದು ಮತ್ತು ಕೆಟ್ಟದ್ದು ಎರಡೂ ಬೆರೆತಿರುತ್ತವೆ. ಅದು ಬೆಳಕು ಮತ್ತು ನೆರಳು, ಹುಳಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸಿಹಿ, ತಿಳುವಳಿಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಅಜ್ಞಾನ, ಮಲಿನ ಮತ್ತು ನೈರ್ಮಲ್ಯ, ಇವುಗಳಂತೆ ಜತೆಗೂಡಿರುತ್ತವೆ. ಈ ಎರಡೂ ಬಗೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸಹಿಸುವುದನ್ನು ಕಲಿ.
